Description

The Delock 42555 Thunderbolt 3™ compatible USB-C External Enclosure for SATA 6Gb/s combines modern USB-C connectivity with their venerable 42544 technology. Fully compatible with Thunderbolt 3 equipped computers, the 42555 utilizes USB-C's high performance SuperSpeed USB 3.1 Generation 2 for data transfer rates of up to 10Gb/s. The stylish and sturdy aluminum enclosure by Delock accepts a 2.5" SATA HDD, SSHD, or SSD of up to up to 9.5mm height. The 42555 connects to a host system via USB-C, and to the enclosure using Delock's 5-in-one Multiport interface. The unit runs on bus power, but also features a 5V jack for use with a USB to enclosure power cables.
